Fancy Peasant, LLC (“Sponsor”).

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

The Giveaway begins on December 3, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 10, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

During the Giveaway Period, submit your email address via the official entry form available at https://fancypeasant.com/pages/fancy-giveaway] (“Entry Page”). Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

One (1) winner will receive the following “Longevity Pantry Set” (the “Prize”):

• 500 mL Everything Olive Oil – Single-estate Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• The Trilogy Vinegar Set – A trio of vinegars: Aged Balsamic, Organic Red Wine, and White Balsamic
• Greek Mountain Oregano Salt – A blend of Greek Mountain Oregano, Mediterranean Sea Salt, citrus peels, chili, and black pepper

Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $123 Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Food/Product Safety: Winner is solely responsible for reviewing all ingredients and allergens prior to consumption. Sponsor is not liable for any allergies, sensitivities, adverse reactions, or improper storage or use. Shipping: Prize will be shipped to a U.S. address only. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, or for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

On or about December 10, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry and must respond within 72 hours of the notification timestamp. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete any required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Winner may be required to complete and return an eligibility, liability, and (where lawful) publicity release as a condition of receiving the Prize.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional notice, approval, or compensation.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners (including any W Hotel event partners), advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, illness (including food-related illness or allergic reactions), death, or damage to or loss of property.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, or if events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (including supply-chain disruptions) make awarding the Prize impracticable, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
