Greek Grass Fed Lamb Chops and Peppers Cooked in Parchment for your Holiday Table.

Ingredients:

  • 10 lamb chops
  • 2 red peppers cut into pieces
  • 2 green peppers cut into pieces
  • 2 yellow peppers cut into pieces
  • 2 lemons cut into slices
  • A package of rosemary
  • A package of Thyme
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic cut into slices
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 380F
  2. Marinate the lamb ribs with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the cut lemon slices, rosemary thyme, and five pieces of lamb chops on top of baking paper.
  4. Place a few chopped peppers, garlic, and herbs on the lamb ribs.
  5. Repeat with the remaining five pieces of lamb ribs, peppers, garlic, and herbs.
  6. Wrap the contents in the baking paper like an envelope and tie with cooking string.
  7. Bake at 380F for about 45 minutes.
  8. Open the package and put it back in the oven under the broiler for 5 minutes
