Kormos

Packed with cacao — this chocolate delicacy is one of my kids' favorites.

Kormos

Ingredients:

  • 2 seven oz packs of butter biscuits
  • 1½ sticks of melted organic butter
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract or cognac
  • 4.5 oz of walnuts, coarsely sliced
  • 14 oz of condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp of cacao powder

What you'll need

Method:

  1. Using your hands, crumble biscuits into a mixing bowl
  2. Add sliced walnuts, vanilla, milk and cacao
  3. Mix using your hands
    *get ready to get sticky!
  4. Form mixture into 2 individual salami/log shapes with hands
    *make sure logs are even throughout
  5. Cut two pieces of parchment paper and place mixture in, roll and fold keeping salami shape
  6. Place in freezer for 1-2 hrs
  7. Slice and Serve
