My son's favorite treat.

Greyson's Cherry Pie


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup of Fancy Peasant GEVOO
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 cups of sifted gluten-free flour
  • 2 cups cherries, peeled and halved
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla


  1. Using a standing mixer, whip eggs and salt until mixture becomes fluffy. After a few minutes, add sugar and continue whipping
  2. Next, add baking powder to sifted flour, GEVOO, and vanilla. Stir until blend becomes creamy
  3. Add cake batter to a non-stick round pan (or parchment)
  4. Add halved cherries
  5. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes
  6. Let cool before adding powdered sugar
