Honey & Soy Salmon Bowl with Red Curry Jasmine Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces wild salmon, skinned and cubed
  • 1/3 cup organic tamari
  • 1/3 cup local honey
  • 2 knobs of ginger, grated
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Dash of seaweed salt and red chili flakes

Topping: sesame, tomato, scallion, cukes, or whatever you fancy

Thai Red Curry Rice:

  • 1 cup organic jasmine rice
  • 1 teaspoon thai red curry paste
  • 2 cups water or coconut milk

Method:

  1. Mix Marinade and transfer to a pan on MEDIUM fire ( soy burns fast, and once it does your meal is ruined so careful on the 🔥)
  2. Cook the rice with coconut milk or water according to the package, adding the paste at the beginning.
