Jammy Tomato Salmon

I love this salmon so much.

Jammy Tomato Salmon


  • 1 lb. wild salmon
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons local honey
  • white sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup of Fancy Peasant GEVOO
  • Sea salt and black pepper


  1. Place salmon in a glass pyrex
  2. Add in cherry tomatoes, pressing down on them until their juices are released around the pyrex
  3. Add shallots, scallions, salt, and pepper
  4. Salt and pepper to season
  5. Drizzle honey over salmon, add GEVOO to salmon and jammy tomatoes and massage salmon well
  6. Sprinkle salmon with sesame seeds to cover
  7. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes
