In a large mixing bowl, combine water, sugar yeast, and mix well until yeast dissolves.
Next, add GEVOO, salt, and stir. Add flour and continue mixing. Cover and set aside for 1 hour until the dough doubles in size.
Take a piece of your dough and roll into a ball. Add GEVOO to a deep frying pan on medium-high heat and gently place your balls in the pan using a spoon.
Fry in portions for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
