Ingredients:
2 Cups of GEEVO
1 lb 6 oz of All Purpose Flour
7oz of Sugar
1/3 cup cognac of your choice
4 oz of walnuts (chopped)
2 tbs of baking powder
1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbs of vanilla
What you'll need
500ML Everything Olive Oil

Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil, sugar, cognac, cinnamon, and vanilla until the ingredients dissolve.
Add the flour together with the baking powder and the walnuts.
Mix with your hand until you have a uniform and soft dough.
Form patties (about 2 oz each), and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
We press them lightly to make a dimple in the middle.
Bake the kourabiedes in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Take them out of the oven, let them cool for 3-4 minutes.
sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
