Ingredients:
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 garlic clove
3 cups of frozen peas
1 ¾ almond flour or oatmeal
salt and black pepper
½ bunch parsley
1 tablespoon of psyllium husk (or corn starch)
½ bunch fresh dill
¼ cup Fancy Peasant GEVOO

500ML Everything Olive Oil

Method:
In a large fying pan, heat GEVOO on medium fire and sautè onions, garlic, scallions, herbs, salt, pepper for 3-4 minutes. Let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, add your “pea blend”, organic oatmeal, olive oil, corn starch, sautéed herbs, onions, garlic and mix well
Lather your hands in olive oil, take a small amount of your mixture and form your patties
Pan fry in GEVOO or bake at 400° until golden brown
