Ingredients:

Honey Lemon Yogurt Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons full-fat Greek yogurt (such as FAGE)
  • 1–2 tablespoons Fancy Peasant Honey
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Fancy Peasant Greek Mountain Oregano Salt, to taste
  • Drizzle of Fancy Peasant Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fancy Peasant Mountain Oregano Toast

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • Fancy Peasant Greek Mountain Oregano Salt, to taste
  • Fancy Peasant Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Liquid Gold), to taste

Greek Longevity Salad

  • 1 package wild greens (arugula recommended)
  • Fancy Peasant White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Fancy Peasant Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fancy Peasant Greek Mountain Oregano Salt
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Method:

Step 1
Make the Honey Lemon Yogurt Sauce.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Fancy Peasant Honey, lemon juice, a drizzle of Fancy Peasant Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and a pinch of Fancy Peasant Greek Mountain Oregano Salt until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Step 2
Prepare the Greek Longevity Salad.

Add the wild greens to a large bowl. Dress with Fancy Peasant White Balsamic Vinegar, Fancy Peasant Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fancy Peasant Greek Mountain Oregano Salt, and the juice of ½ lemon. Toss gently until every leaf is evenly coated.

Step 3
Prepare the Fancy Peasant Mountain Oregano Toast.

Step 4
Assemble the toasts.

Spread a generous layer of the Honey Lemon Yogurt Sauce over each piece of toast. Top with the Greek Longevity Salad and finish with an additional drizzle of Fancy Peasant Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a final sprinkle of Fancy Peasant Greek Mountain Oregano Salt.
