Fancy Baked Feta Dip

Ingredients:

  • One small sourdough, baguette, sliced
  • Fancy Peasant extra-virgin olive oil
  • Fancy Peasant Mountain Oregano Salt
  • Three garlic cloves, sliced very thin
  • 8 ounces sheep feta
  • Red peppers cured in olive oil
  • A pint of cherry tomatoes
  • A small jar of Kalamata olives, pitted
  • A small jar of green olives, pitted
  • A bunch of fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped

Method:

  1. Bake on 35 for 25- 30 minutes until the vegetables are starting to bubble and brown and the feta is soft and creamy.
