These perfectly salty, golden brown, crispy croutons complement any soup or salad.

Fancy Peasant Croutons

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough or your favorite bread (we fancy Bread Alone), cubed or torn into large chunks
  • Fancy Peasant Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fancy Peasant Greek Mountain Oregano Salts

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Toss your croutons in GEVOO and Mountain Oregano Salts and make sure they are coated well.
  3. Add croutons to a parchment covered baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes on one side and then fli and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
