Ingredients:
Sourdough or your favorite bread (we fancy Bread Alone), cubed or torn into large chunks
Fancy Peasant Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fancy Peasant Greek Mountain Oregano Salts
Method:
Preheat oven to 350
Toss your croutons in GEVOO and Mountain Oregano Salts and make sure they are coated well.
Add croutons to a parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes on one side and then fli and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
