Method:

  1. Toast the sourdough until golden and crisp.
  2. Generously sprinkle Fancy Peasant Greek Mountain Oregano Salt over each slice.
  3. Lightly drizzle Fancy Peasant Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Liquid Gold) over both sides of the toast, allowing the bread to absorb the oil.
  4. Cut each slice into triangles.
