Greek Green Falafel


For Falafel

  • 1 Cup of Dried Chickpeas
  • Flatleaf Parsley
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt, Pepper, and Paprika
  • Liquid Gold GEVOO

For Serving

  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Scallion
  • Dill and More Parsley!
  • Lettuce


  1. Soak beans overnight
  2. Put Chickpeas, Onion, Flat-leaf Parsley, Salt Pepper, and Paprika in Food Processor
  3. Make falafels by rolling the mixture into a ball
  4. Heat GEVOO in a pan, and place falafels in, cook until golden brown on the bottom and flip
  5. Serve with Wild herb sauce and tahini!
