Grilled Fancy Peasant White Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil (GEVOO)

  • 4 tbsp Fancy Peasant White Balsamic

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 4–5 large garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp Mountain Oregano Salts

  • ½ tsp sweet paprika












Method:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Fancy Peasant Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fancy Peasant White Balsamic Vinegar , honey, and lemon juice. Add in the garlic, Mountain Oregano Salts, and paprika—whisk again until fully combined.
  2. Pat chicken dry and season generously with Mountain Oregano Salts. Add to the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
  3. When ready to cook, bring the chicken to room temperature. Grill for about 8 minutes per side, or until beautifully golden and cooked through.
  4. Serve warm, drizzle with any leftover juices, and enjoy with your favorite summer sides.
