Ingredients:
1/2 sweet onion, diced
3 pounds extra lean beef mince
1 teaspoon Fancy Peasant Mountain Oregano Salt
1 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons favorite tomato sauce
14 eggs
1 tablespoon purified water
Additional Fancy Peasant Mountain Oregano Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons butter
10 tortillas, warmed
10 tablespoons shredded mozzarella, divided (about 1 tablespoon per burrito)
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the purified water and a pinch of Mountain Oregano Salt. Melt butter in a large pan over medium low heat and gently scramble the eggs until just set and fluffy.
