For your potato pleasure: I present a sexy potato flower covered in delicious dill.

Potato Flower


  • 3 large, 2 medium, and 3-4 small potatoes
  • 1 large orange, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cup of water
  • Copious Amounts of Fancy Peasant GEVOO
  • Dill to garnish
  • Salt to season


  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. Peel your potatoes and slice them thin, almost like potato chips (approx. 1/4th inch slices).
  3. Line a circular baking tray with parchment.
  4. Starting on the outer edge, begin with the larger potato slices. As you move inwards, use the slices of the smaller and smaller potatoes.
  5. Mix the juice of one large orange with 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and salt until well-combined.
  6. Add this dressing to the potatoes, working from the outside in. Drizzle more olive oil to finish.
  7. Add 2 cups of water just before it's ready to bake.
  8. Bake in the oven for about an hour, or until golden brown. Finish with dill.
