Add the GEVOO to a large nonstick pan on medium fire and heat for a few minutes.
Add garlic and shrimp until they are done (when they have turned completely opaque with a pearly pink color, making sure not to overcook). Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add onion, juiced tomato, tomato paste, and about ¼ a cup of GEVOO. Let cook for about 6 minutes.
Add shrimp back into pan. Add feta and shut off your burner (at this point, you can also add any pasta, noodle, or zucchini noodle you desire).
