Ingredients:
• 1 large shallot, minced
• 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Fancy Peasant White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tablespoon warm water
• 1 cup Fancy Peasant Olive Oil
• 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1½ teaspoons whole grain mustard
• 1½ teaspoons honey
• 1 large garlic clove, minced

• Fresh cracked black pepper
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the minced shallot, Fancy Peasant White Balsamic Vinegar, and warm water. Let sit for 2 minutes to soften the shallot and mellow the flavor.
