Greek Masa Nachos with Spicy Feta Dip

Meet your new favorite meze! We've partnered with Masa to create the cleanest, most crave-worthy Greek-style nachos imaginable - where nutrient-dense meets party-perfect. These crispy, seed oil-free nachos topped with creamy feta and fresh herbs will have everyone diving in for seconds.

Greek Masa Nachos with Spicy Feta Dip

Ingredients:

For the Nachos:

  • Masa Chips
  • 4-5 tbs Fancy Peasant Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ tbs Greek Mountain Oregano Salt
  • 1 ½ cups crumbled sheep's cheese feta
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium super ripe tomato, chopped
  • Half a bunch of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tbs scallions, thinly sliced

For the Dip:

  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt 
  • ¼ cup Fancy Peasant Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ hot chili pepper, chopped or 2 tbs chili oil of your choice *depending on heat tolerance*
  • Fancy Peasant Mountain Oregano Salt

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Arrange Masa Chips in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  3. Douse the Masa Chips with Fancy Peasant Extra Virgin Olive Oil, tomatoes, feta, peppers, red onion, parsley and top with Fancy Peasant Greek Mountain Oregano Salt.
  4. Drizzle more Fancy Peasant Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crisp.
  6. Sprinkle nachos with more tomatoes, parsley and scallions.

For the Dip:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and enjoy!
